What we do to help
Consultation
Book an appointment with one of our healthcare professionals either for a consultation on your condition and treatment options, to initiate treatment for sleep apnea or to improve your current course of treatment. The consultation can be accomplished by phone or in person, which ever you prefer.
Start treatment
Our clinicians will review your diagnosis and treatment options and assist you in selecting from a wide range of supplies, accessories and equipment to optimize your comfort and adherence with treatment. Together we set realistic goals and establish a treatment plan to make your trial successful. With a purpose of "helping people helping themselves", we assist you in making decisions relevant to your needs and expectations.
Follow-up & Coaching
The success of sleep therapy often depends on the support you get with what is not always an easy treatment, at least initially. Our clinical team members stay in close contact with you, communicating by your preferred method to coach you along and solve issues. We offer a unique and personalized approach in the delivery of our products and services to the clients who entrust themselves into our care.
Remote Monitoring
With client consent, we activate a modem in the trial device , allowing us to download data on usage, compliance and treatment efficacy. The modem allows the clinician to make adjustments remotely. Remote monitoring technology is convenient for both the client and clinicians and reduces the need for in person visits.
Communication with Sleep Lab & Sleep Specialists
As required in the course of treatment, we communicate with our client’s medical team to obtain or share information. We work very closely with clients and their care team to make sure we are all moving in the same direction and achieve optimal outcome.
Trial Completion
We do not set define time for the trial as everyone’s ability to adapt to treatment varies. We take the time necessary to try various masks, devices and settings required for positive outcome. Typically our trials end once our clients return to see the sleep specialist and the decision is made to either; stop treatment, continue trial or purchase a permanent device. As we customize our interaction with clients, we achieve a very high success rate.
Device & Supplies Purchase
Once you are ready to purchase, our highly knowledgeable funding experts will work with you to explore all available sources of public and private funding. We communicate with funding institutions providing estimates, getting pre- approval and when allowed direct billing to minimize your out of pocket expenses.
On- going Follow-up / Support Program
We offer a wide range of services after purchase ranging from a comprehensive 5 year all inclusive support program, to annual visits or individual service option on an as required basis. Remote monitoring is also available and encouraged after purchase.
